Vitamin is a South Australian visual culture quarterly containing images and articles by emerging and mid-career South Australian artists, as well as by other participants in local visual culture. Vitamin was founded by Shaw Hendry in April 2004 as a publishing venue for South Australian art and arts writing.

Since then, many practitioners, writers, and others, have been involved in contributing to Vitamin magazine's ongoing success. The philosophy of Vitamin is that all are welcome and that participation builds a vibrant art community.
